Things To Do in Xalapa

For information on cultural events, go to El Agora, a cultural center with a coffee shop beneath the Plaza Juárez (reached by steps on the south side of the plaza). Look for posters announcing upcoming concerts. There's usually something going on. Also look in the local paper, Diario de Xalapa, or in the Cartelera, a monthly publication of the Instituto Veracruzano de Cultura.
