One of the loveliest places near Zion to dine and drink is on the patio at King’s Landing. This inside is refreshingly mid-century modern, but the prize is the patio with its view of the Watchman. The creative menu, created by Chef King and Chef Nguyen, changes seasonally and might feature lamb rage with sweet peas, a pork chop with potato-cauliflower crush, Brussels sprouts petals and grapes, or salmon with saffron couscous.
