It's large, brick-lined, and mobbed with ordinary guys who just happen to be gay and who just happen to be involved in computers, media, the building trades, and show business. The combination can be unpretentious and a lot of fun, especially when frothy pink Hemingways are bought by friends for friends and the stories start getting raunchy. If you want a place that manages to be both high-class and earthy, within walking distance of lots of other gay options, this might be appropriate. It's open daily 3pm to 3am.
