A new condo property on the south side of town that rents out 30 (of the 45 total) units by the night or the week. The rates listed below are probably going to go up because they're tied to management and insurance costs, but this place is worth checking out because it's an attractive property with large rooms and convenient location. The shore here is rocky, but there's a sandy area for guests and a beautiful seaside pool and Jacuzzi, as well as a boat dock and easy entry into the sea. Extras include free long-distance calls to the U.S.
