Frommer's Review
Patrick Leménager serves excellent cuisine that includes sea scallops in puff pastry with coriander sauce; fresh salmon with herbs; oysters with apple cream, pulverized crayfish, and herbs; and caramelized apple soufflé. The portions are generous, the atmosphere is intimate, and most prices are reasonable. In warm weather, you may dine on the terrace. The Altaïr also rents 22 standard rooms with TVs and shower-only bathrooms. A double with half board is 55€ to 68€ ($80-$99) per person.
