Every terrace table is at water's edge in this little stone house in Veliki Zaton about 8km (5 miles) north of Old Town. Every table was full when we dined there, with people enjoying Orsan's reasonably priced fish and pasta dishes. We tried the gnocchi with seafood and the three portions we ordered came family style on a single platter. It was enough for four or more. We sipped the house white, which was perfect with our food. Orsan is a romantic setting with the water reflecting moonbeams and the lights around the bay. You can have a fine, special-occasion meal here without breaking the bank.
