This is Hue's best choice in this price range. Villa Hue is run and operated out of the Hue School of Tourism; the rotating management team is made up of teachers, and the hotel staff is comprised of second-year students. The hotel occupies one length of a courtyard, and all rooms face into the central area overlooking the rest of the school. Everyone is friendly, and the teachers/managers are quick to jump in and help when staff stumbles on service (which they do now and again). Deluxe rooms come with cozy beds and overstuffed chairs. Unlike the minihotels in this price category that litter too much into too small of a room, everything here is quite spacious; rooms come with comfy, overstuffed furniture, but there's still plenty of wide spaces left to move around. The bathrooms are similarly huge, with slate-colored granite floors, a good-sized tub, and separate shower cubicle in deluxe rooms. Little extras, such as evening chocolates and handmade beaded DND (Do Not Disturb) signs, make this a charming choice.
