Set between beach and downtown Lewes, this beach house-style bed-and-breakfast offers casual style and something spooky: tales of a friendly ghost. The master suite has windows on three sides with great views of town and the water. It has a private feel, since it's separated from the other rooms. A two-bedroom suite in the back has smallish bedrooms but a comfortable living room and small porch with a water view.
