Walk into Il Bacaro and you'll feel as if you've been transported to Venice. Dominated by a horseshoe-shaped bar, it's jampacked with small tables and weaving waiters carrying dishes like organic baby chicken wrapped in prosciutto, filled with pumpkin and ricotta, served on an oyster mushroom ragu. The pasta dishes and the risotto of the day always go down well, as do the salad side dishes. It's often crowded at lunch with businesspeople digging into the excellent wine list.
