Planning a Trip

Getting There -- There are two or three trains every hour to Namur from both Huy (around 20 min.) and Liège (40-45 min.), and two every hour from Brussels (1 hr.), to the Gare de Namur, square Léopold (tel. 02/528-28-28; www.sncb.be), an easy walk from the center of town. The bus station is out front (tel. 081/25-35-55; www.infotec.be). By car from Liège, take N90 southwest via Huy; from Brussels, A4/E411 southeast.

Visitor Information -- The Maison du Tourisme is at sq. de l'Europe Unie, 5000 Namur (tel. 081/24-64-49; fax 081/26-23-60; www.mtpn.be), close to the rail station. The office is open daily from 9:30am to 6pm.
