The enticing appetizers served by a superb staff might include crispy veal sweetbreads, wild mushroom and asparagus, or lobster bisque. Main courses run the gamut from wiener schnitzel with herbed spaetzle to sautéed potato-crusted Florida snapper to roasted rack of lamb.
