Star chef Mark Militello of Mark's Las Olas and South Beach has landed at West Palm's bustling entertainment-and-dining complex to the delight of foodies in Palm Beach. Wood-burning ovens churn out Militello's specialty pizzas, trendy versions of the thin-crusted classic with toppings such as shrimp, pesto, fontina cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes. The sushi bar here is, frankly, out of place. Focus on entrees that range from risotto with wild mushroom and truffle oil to a seared, black peppercorn-crusted yellowfin tuna. For dessert, try the double-chocolate bread pudding with white-chocolate-chip ice cream.
