Etniko is one of Santiago's hippest restaurants, serving Asian-influenced cuisine in a trendy and sophisticated space frequented by Santiago's stylish young adults and expats. The front door is always shut (not to be taken as a sign of pretentious exclusivity), so ring the bell to enter, and don't expect the place to fill until 9 or 10pm.
