Succulent grilled meats are the signature of this Argentinean-owned steakhouse, but there's plenty more on offer here than sizzling flesh, including grilled fish, pastas, and salads. Happening is refined, yet it isn't fussy. Polished parquet floors, charcoal-colored walls, potted palms, and leather booths set the tone, and a mostly Argentinean waitstaff provides sharp service. But most importantly, Happening is one of only a handful of restaurants open on Sunday evenings, and so it gets busy early (around 7:30-8pm) with the foreign visitor crowd. Book ahead if you can.
