Frommer's Review
Set in the heart of town, this is the finest and most flamboyantly international restaurant in Santiago and for miles around. Within dining rooms accented with a neoclassical overlay, you can enjoy the celebrated cuisine of Toñi Vicente. Menu items are likely to include such delectable dishes as a warm seafood salad with herbs, escalopes of veal with a confit of onions, turbot with chive sauce, unusual preparations of seasonal game dishes, and for dessert, a tart made with Galician pears.
