Installed in a former convent, this is one of our favorite nests in Santiago, as the original architecture of the former convent was respected during its massive renovation into a hotel. It stands in the historic center near Plaza del Obradoiro. In spite of the building's age, all the small-to-midsize guest rooms have been comfortably styled and fitted with modern conveniences, including tiled bathrooms with showers. The on-site restaurant serves an innovative Galician cuisine, with some haute cuisine dishes added to tempt the most demanding of palates.
