Across from Alameda Park, this is one of the newest inns of Santiago. It is part of the Pousadas de Compostela chain of hotels. Lying an 8- to 10-minute walk from the cathedral in the heart of the historic district, the hotel has both charm and grace. The midsize guest rooms have been tastefully and comfortably converted, with many traditional touches evocative of 19th-century Spain.
