This historic restaurant on Sorrento's main square has successfully maintained its quality despite its well-trafficked location. Canonico offers professional service and a well-prepared traditional cuisine that incorporates only the freshest ingredients. We recommend the excellent pappardelle ai frutti di mare (fresh broad noodles with seafood) and the perfect pezzogna in crosta (local fish baked in a salt crust). The wine list is extensive.
