Frommer's Review
At the east end of the island, a 5-minute ride from Red Hook, this all-inclusive hotel is much improved but still lags behind the Marriott for location or the Ritz for style. It has panoramic views, although its secluded beach is really too small for a resort of this size. Still, it's a good package, and includes everything you would want in an all-inclusive, but few extras. The hotel's spa, Journeys, is the largest full-service spa in the U.S. Virgins. There are six treatment rooms, a private couples' massage suite with his-and-her Jacuzzis, a private outdoor massage cabana, and even rainforest showers. Spa programs and treatments are available a la carte to all-inclusive resort guests. The resort also has a Kids Klub, which offers a chance for participants to feed iguanas. The rooms are attractive, and all boast roomy marble bathrooms with shower stalls.
Facilities:
3 restaurants; 2 bars; 3 pools; 4 lit tennis courts; fitness center; spa; sauna; watersports equipment rentals; secretarial services; babysitting; laundry service; dry cleaning; nonsmoking rooms; rooms for those w/limited mobility

Frommer's ranks every hotel, restaurant, attraction, shop, and nightlife establishment it reviews for quality, value, service, amenities, and special features using a star-rating scale, an expression of the strong compare-and-contrast opinions that are a brand hallmark.
Other ratings provide stars based primarily on price and amenities; the Frommer's star rating is meant to quantify the kind of intangible, experiential elements that help travelers make informed decisions.
The "baseline" recommendation is zero stars--every hotel, restaurant, attraction, shop, and nightlife establishment that Frommer's chooses to review is recommended; otherwise, we simply wouldn't include it.
