This stylish watering hole, with a view of the ocean, adds a touch of Europe to the neighborhood. You can order glasses of at least six different brands of champagne, or vintage wines also come by the glass. Appetizers include sushi and caviar, but there are also main courses, plus tempting desserts such as chocolate-dipped strawberries. A mature, sophisticated crowd seeks out this spot. Open Monday to Thursday 11:30am to 11pm, Friday 11:30am to midnight, and Saturday 5pm to midnight.
