Set in the most verdant part of Toulouse's center, this modern and efficient hotel is a few paces from the city's Japanese gardens, a 5-minute walk from the Matabiau train station, and less than a kilometer (1/2 mile) from the nerve center of the old city, place St-Sernin. All rooms have a single bed (which can be converted into a couch), a double bed, a long writing desk, and a roomy, fully equipped bathroom. In spite of the chain-style format, this is one of the best Novotel hotels, with larger than usual bedrooms. Bathrooms have tub/shower combos.
