Restaurants

Vail and Beaver Creek have dozens of excellent restaurants, although few of them are what we would call bargains. We also like Blu's, 193 E. Gore Creek Dr. (tel. 970/476-3113) for its blueberry pancakes and killer creekside patio; and eat! drink!, 56 Edwards Village Blvd. at the Corner @ Edwards shopping center (tel. 970/926-1393), an establishment with a wine shop on one side and a cafe serving wine, cheese, and small plates on the other.
