Frommer's Review
We consider this one of the best seafood restaurants you'll find in landlocked Colorado. Owners Tom Ludwig and Dmitri Souvorin have fresh seafood FedEx-ed from sources in every direction, and it tastes like you're right on the docks, not 1,000 or more miles distant. The busy, high-energy place is decorated in a sort of Colorado casual nautical theme. Chef Souvorin utilizes fresh fish in daily from both coasts, Hawaii, and the Gulf of Mexico; and creates unique specialty presentations. Our top choice here is the Hawaiian ahi, seared rare, with a soy-ginger sauce. Steak, chops, chicken, and pasta are also available.
