In a villa close to the Chapelle Matisse, chef Christophe Dufau attracts diners with his take on a traditional French cuisine. On the ground level is a contemporary art gallery, with the restaurant upstairs. Choose from several fixed-price menus that change throughout the year. Try such dishes as a platter of cured ham or a bowl of leek and potato soup, or perhaps foie gras of duckling with acacia-scented honey. A main course of roasted lamb with fresh rosemary and thyme is always reliable.
