Chef Régis Douysset's creative menu has earned him one Michelin star. In a renovated 17th-century hôtel particulier a few minutes' walk from the château, you will find bistronomie at its best, and without breaking the bank. Tantalize your taste buds with the zucchini and tomato confit with hermit crab and bouillabaisse broth, before moving on to the braised Ris de veau, (veal sweetbreads) paired with black chanterelles and shallot preserve or venison accompanied by grilled turnip. If the fermier cheese plate doesn't tempt you, try the delicious layered praline meringue and Ecuadorian Guayaquil chocolate cake with rosemary ice cream.
