Located along the Apalachicola River and four blocks from downtown, this three-story, all-suite condo building is far nicer than it needs to be, with huge one- and two-bedroom units made for long term stays, with fully equipped kitchens, washer dryers and bunk beds for families in some two bedroom units. Rooms have hardwood floors and excellent quality beds (some of which are four posters). The best units have screened verandas overlooking the river. A small, motel-like outdoor pool is nice on hot days. There’s also a little fitness center. While there’s no restaurant or bar here, it's just a 15-minute walk to downtown.
