GETTING THERE -- You can get to the Bamberg Bahnhof from Nürnberg in just 1 hour on trains that run about every half hour. If you’re including Bayreuth on the same day trip, you can travel between the two on direct trains that run about every hour; the trip takes about 1hour and 15 minutes.
