At the southern end of La Rambla, close to the harborfront, you'll hear the strum of the guitar, the sound of rhythmic clapping, and the haunting sound of flamenco, a tradition here since 1968. Head upstairs to an Andalucian-style room where performances take place with the traditional cuadro flamenco -- singers, dancers, and guitarist. Cordobés is said to be the city's best flamenco showcase. Three shows are offered nightly with dinner, at 7, 8:30, and 10pm. Reservations required.
