This is one of seven in a local family-run chain, and the one with the coolest location, right across from the former Borne Market. When you walk through the door, you pick out the best-looking fresh fish or shellfish for the chef to cook for your lunch or dinner. Everything is market price, so they weigh your fish and you say, "More," or "less please," and then… "grilled" or "steamed." Add a salad and some wine for a good price, and take a seat while the fish cooks. The atmosphere is fun and very casual. A mural on the wall shows the family at work.
