Arriving -- If you’re driving, note that Beaune is a few miles from the junction of three highways—A6, A31and A36. Beaune has good railway connections with Dijon, Lyon, and Paris. From Paris’s Gare de Lyon, there are several TGV trains per day (trip time: just over 2 hr.), with many more possibilities via a transfer in Dijon. Getting Around

By Bike -- The best way to see this vine-planted land is by bike. Near Beaune train station, Bourgogne Randonnées, 7 av. du 8 septembre (www.bourgogne-randonnees.fr; tel. 03-80-22-06-03), rents bikes for 19€ per day, 39€ per day for electric bikes.
