Coco’s stylishly whimsical dining room is plastered in modern art along with posters and photo-collages that set the tone. The contemporary menu is full of welcome surprises that innovate without overcrowding the more traditional ingredients; an appetizer of goat’s cheese ravioli is served with candied walnuts for example, while a spiced chicken salad comes with ginger, mint and glass noodles. For dessert try the blood orange carpaccio with yogurt sorbet. Prices are a little high for the evening service, but the three-course pre-theater menu is just £19. It also has a popular Sunday lunch.
