Opened in 2016, this has become the city’s most talked-about museum. Not that the designers want you to call it that—they would say it’s a cross between a cultural space, a gallery, and a theme park, with interactive exhibits showcasing the entire world of wine. Cafes, a restaurant, and a panoramic bar complete the picture, so allow yourself a good few hours to explore. Oh, and the wine shop also stocks bottles from over 80 countries, as well as holding regular tastings.
