Talla may be the best located restaurant in Cadaqués. Its water’s edge terrace on the west side of the harbor has classic views of the white town back across the water. The food hits the spot too. Fresh market fish ispresented in a variety of rice dishes and some unusual combinations, like semi-cured sea bass with daikon and ginger, or scallops with Ibérico ham and artichokes. Meat eaters and vegetarians are well catered for. The servers are especially helpful, providing explanations of the dishes and wine pairing suggestions.
