Restaurants in Cochabamba

Salteñería "Los Castores", Av. Ballivián 790, at the corner of Oruro (tel. 0104/4259-585), specializes in salteñas. There's no menu here; you can only order salteñas de pollo (chicken) or salteñas de carne (beef). They cost Bs3.50 each, and they are out of this world. You can do as the Bolivians do and eat breakfast here, but the place is open until 2pm.
