Riding around on open-top buses, you can hop on and off to explore the sights of Ireland’s second city. They run all day in a loop from March through October (as frequently as every half-hour in July and August). Tour highlights include the Cork City Gaol, St. Anne’s Church, and U.C.C. (University College, Cork). While the tour begins at the tourist office (42 Grand Parade), you can buy a ticket on the bus at several stops; check out the route on the Cork City Tours website.
