Getting There -- There are eight trains an hour to Delft from Amsterdam (all require a transfer in Rotterdam) and up to 10 an hour from Rotterdam. The ride from Amsterdam takes around 1 hour; a round-trip ticket is 27.60€ and there is a supplemental charge of 2.40€ each way on some trains. From Rotterdam, it’s 10 minutes and 7€. April to September, opening hours are Sunday and Monday 10am to 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm; October to March, Sunday and Monday 11am to 3pm, Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 4pm.
