This friendly restaurant on the outskirts of Dingle is one of the most popular places to indulge in the local produce. The menu is short, but dishes are expertly prepared, filled with regional flavor and a hint of global influences. Expect a Thai curry made with local beef and butternut squash, or Atlantic scallops served with pureé of celeriac and apple. Almost everything on the menu is sourced from providers within the Dingle Peninsula. The three-course early-bird special (6–7pm) has almost as much choice as the evening service for €33.
