Getting There
By Train -- Trains arrive from Augsburg at 30-minute intervals throughout the day (trip time: 35-45 min.). Trains also come hourly from Munich (trip time: 1 hr.). For information, call tel. 01805/996633 or visit www.bahn.de.
By Car -- From Augsburg, follow Rte. 2 north. From Nördlingen, take Rte. 25.
Visitor Information
Tourist-Information is at Rathausgasse 1 (tel. 0906/789151; www.donauwoerth.de). It's open May to September Monday through Friday 9am to noon and 1 to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday 3 to 6pm. October through April it's open Monday through Thursday 9am to noon and 1 to 5pm, Friday 9am to 1pm.
