Tourist Information -- Information offices for the islands are on Lopud and at Sipanska Luka. Both are open June to September, Monday through Saturday from 8am to 1pm and from 5 to 8pm, on Sunday 9am to noon. Lopud's office can be reached at tel. 020/759-086 and Sipanska Luka's at tel. 020/758-084.
Getting There -- Besides the fish picnic tours mentioned above, you can get to the Elafitis via daily Jadrolinija ferries, which serve the islands all year long. The trip to Kolocep takes about half an hour and costs around 25kn ($4.50); the ride to Lopud is just under an hour and costs around 25kn ($4.50); and transport to Sipanska Luka takes about an hour and 20 minutes and costs 30kn ($5).
Getting Around -- These islands are small, and cars and motorcycles aren't allowed, so walking is the primary way to explore them.
