Units in the converted 19th-century villa come in four grades, but all are simply decorated, with spacious cool rooms plus well-equipped modern kitchenettes and large bathrooms. Superior and deluxe units have a little more space, but mostly you're paying for an upgrade to bathroom suites. The same thoughtful service is provided to all by the family owner/managers. Outside of midsummer, when it's weekly bookings only, apartments are bookable from one night upward. The complex makes extensive use of green and sustainable products, including energy.
