Utilizing locally grown and sustainably produced ingredients as much as possible, this casually hip restaurant in downtown Flagstaff, part of the same family as Brix Restaurant and Wine Bar, serves flavorful food from a range of Latin American countries. The chicken mole burrito and the fish tacos are excellent, as is the hallaca, a tamale made with a banana-leaf wrapper instead of a corn husk. There are lots of small plates in case you just want a light meal, and the bar whips up some very interesting cocktails, such as a charred grapefruit margarita.
