Getting There -- There are no railway lines running into Fuschl, but buses run frequently to and from the nearest railway junctions, at Salzburg and at Bad Ischl. From the railway station at Bad Ischl, about a dozen buses depart every day, each of which stops in Fuschl (trip time: 1 hr.). An equal number of buses depart from the railway station at Salzburg (trip time: 35 min.).
Visitor Information -- The tourist office in the town center (tel. 06226/8250) is open in winter Monday to Friday from 9am to noon and 3 to 5pm; in summer Monday to Friday from 8am to noon and 2 to 6pm, Saturday 8am to noon, Sunday 10am to noon.
