Facing the sunset, this campground north of the modern town of Campese has numerous shady terraces, set amid wild Mediterranean scrub and trees, where you can pitch a tent or park a camper. Cabin- or yurt-style bungalows (that is, walls, roof, and a door, but no bathroom or kitchen fixtures) are also available.
