Restaurants in Grasse

For light lunch or an afternoon snack, pop into Les Delicatesses de Grasse, 7 rue Marcel Journet (tel. 09-81-76-59-29), a combination restaurant with terrace, traditional food store, and charcuterie. Try the platters of local sausage and tapenade, plus rosé wines from St-Tropez. 

Its best to avoid the tourist traps around the central square, place aux Aires. Head around the corner to the diminutive rue des Fabreries, where the restaurants are far better, and quite varied.
