Jerezanos will tell you that they never visit the extremely popular Bar Juanito because it’s too expensive or too touristic, but every time we’ve visited, everyone is speaking Andalucían Spanish at the outside patio tables, inside bar, and dining room. You might pay a small premium for the quality of the food and the atmosphere, but it’s worth a little extra to enjoy fresh tuna loin salad in sherry vinegar, meatballs in oloroso sherry sauce, or the dark and juicy sweetbreads al Jerez.
