Planning a trip to Logrono

Four or five trains (tel. 90-232-03-20) daily connect with Barcelona (trip time 4–5 hr.) and three or four per day with Madrid (trip time 3.5–4 hr.). From Bilbao in the north, there’s one daily train (trip time 2.5 hr.). Seven buses connect daily to and from Pamplona (tel. 94-832-65-09; trip time 2 hr.) and seven from Madrid (tel. 94-120-27-77; trip time 4 hr.). If you’re arriving by car, take the N-111 southwest from Pamplona or A-68 northwest from Zaragoza.

The tourist office, at Calle Portales, 50 (tel. 94-129-12-60), is open June to October Monday to Saturday 9am‒7pm, Sunday 10am‒2pm; the rest of the year it’s open Monday to Saturday 9:30am‒6pm, Sunday 10am‒2pm.
