Unrepentent carnivores: this is the taco shop for you. Every part of the pig is served here, from snout to tail, and all are simmered many hours into tasty, tender goodness before being mounded into $5 tacos. My favorite cut is the cheek, to which I add a dollar’s worth of chicharrónes crumbs for crunch, but it’s all good. Two tacos is enough for a filling meal, one for a light one. Warning: the red salsa on the fixings bar (included in the cost) will sear your face off. For something a little less fiery, choose the green salsa with avocado.
