Anyone who says you can’t get a good and really cheap meal in NYC hasn’t been to this budget wonder. Sure, the lighting is as bright as a hospital’s and the décor about as stylish, but nobody is complaining when they’re slurping down freshly made peanut noodles ($3.25—not a typo!), or sharing an enormous plate of tasty pork and chive dumplings (same price). In the early evenings, 20-somethings bring in their own bottles of wine and this no frills spot becomes a party place.
