Restaurants in Palenque

Palenque and, for that matter, the rest of backwater Chiapas, are not for gourmets. Who'd a thunk? I had an easy time eliminating a number of restaurants that didn't even seem to be keeping up the appearance of serving food. But the situation has been improving, and you can at least get some decent Mexican food.
