Howley’s

A hip diner with full bar, jukebox, tin ceilings, and retro 50s meets 21st century décor, Howley’s is where the cool kids eat all 5 meals a day (we’re counting brunch and late night snacks). Fun, friendly servers slinging comfort food including “snackaroos” like fried green tomatoes, Buffalo wings, or artichoke dip are thoroughly modern throwbacks, with multiple piercings, fluorescent hair, and masterpiece tattoos—much like the crowd. The menu is all over the place as diner’s should be, from Coney Island hot dogs and cheeseburgers to pastas, meatloaf, and all-day breakfast dishes. Best of all, Howley’s is open late—till 2 am on weekends, just when you start craving things like Belgian waffles, peanut butter chocolate pie, and, yes, even meatloaf.
